Match Curing Emulators
Steam Services Pty Ltd has developed a standard range of "Test Cylinder" match curing systems suitable for steam and hot water structural concrete curing processes.
The standard 24 cylinder steam or hot water units are designed to operatefrom a flexible steam, or hot water hoses togetherwith a 10amp 240v electrical power outlet.
Emulator Units
Each unit is fitted with a 1.8kW electric back up heating and circulation pump enabling the emulator to faithfully follow the process temperature profile even in the event of boiler or heating system failure.
Uniform heating is provided through a specifically designed heat exchanger which doubles as the support rack for the cylinders.
